Rebate ripoff Fraudulent Rebate advertisement to attract customers They actually send you the rebates give bogus reasons or never contact you until too much time has elapsed

They advertise a $100 rebate ($40 customer appreciation & $60 in customer loyalty). I sent both forms in, 1 was accepted and I'm still waiting for a check, the other I had to resend because phone bill wasn't for 150 day period now I'm still waiting for that to be accepted. It's been 6 months since I purchased phone. They shouldn't be able to advertise rebates if they're not going to send out rebate checks. Also, they give you bogus reasons and don't tell you that your rebate isn't excepted until after too much time has elapsed and you no longer qualify for the rebate... So they give an excuse that its after the alloted time period even though they never notifed you that you needed to submit additional information to get the rebate back. They just don't want to send you the money back so shouldn't be able to advertise that you get $100 in rebates when, in fact, you get nothing.
