I will update this as the day goes on since I am just now having my 1st cup of coffee after less than 2 hours sleep in 48 hours as I for the humteen-millionith time tried to work with eBay/PayPal to fight fraud and idenity theft...

I must say, over the past 10 years our multi-national group has worked together to fight such, all at our expence, for many companys (90% eBay/PayPal), I have never ever had such poor service or been treated so rudely as over the past
