False advertising - fraudulent/hidden fees

Beware Vonage's hidden outrageous fees when you cancel. They charge you $40 back for their "rebate" they gave you on the Vonage device and you have to dig through their web site for the terms of service which states you can't resell the equipment they make you pay for when you cancel without asking their "permission, " which I'm sure would be denied. My final bill from start to finish for 32 days with Vonage was $132.42, of which $92.48 of it was to stop service!

They are quick to tell you they aren't regulated by the FCC too.

And to find their corporate address, you have to click on the little link on the bottom of their web site to go to the corporate site, which you then have to dig through more links to find the corporate filing PDF to find a physical street address. And don't bother trying to contact Vonage to disconnect via email, they MAKE you call them and go through two people who want to know why you're cancelling and try to discourage you from doing so.
