Don't bother with Aegis - home cleaning service

Aegis Cleaning Service.
My mother bought a two for one house cleaning from Aegis on Living social last spring. I had forgotten about it until the following fall of so I called to make an appointment. They were totaly booked out until January, so I chose the first date available, which happened to be MLK Jr day, yesterday January 21st. So me and the kids spent our day off de-junking and picking up the house awaiting a good thourough clean. NO SHOW, no phone call, no answering, no NOTHING. I had even double made sure they were open on MLK day when I made the appointment. I'm soo mad I could spit. So we all ate a quick bite and got to work at 5 pm, cleaning our own house after having paid ahead of time for service. NOT OK You should in the very least call and let people know you're not coming.
