Customer account records were breached

Last night while accessing the Vonage web site to review my bill I got quite the surprise. I was able to access other subscriber's accounts. I was able to see who they called, where they lived, their billing address, expiration date on their credit card including the last four digits, user ID's, email addresses. I called Vonage and after getting to the third layer of support I told them what was happening. I even supplied them with screen shots of the pages I was viewing.

I could see that they were worried, they thanked me for the information... But it got me to thinking. If I could see this, how many thousands of Vonage customers could see the same, and see my personal information too. How long was this data available for people to see and what happened that allowed this information to be available?

I'm still waiting for answers from Vonage.
