Outdated search despite the information that I provided ripoff

US Search which purported to have current public information on people. The subject of my search lives in another state than the one that US Search funished in its "current" report.

When I complained, US Search responded that they could only use the information that I gave them. I responded that I gave them better information than they gave me (ie the state that the subject is living in now.) In turn, they said that they update their database every six months or so.

The subject has been living and working in another state for over a year. Every six months?

The remedy that US Search is giving me is a free search at another time. Some remedy. More outdated information from a company that is supposed to provide current information.
