Scam Ripoff

I received the results of my search for my father-in-law (who needs to be informed of a death in the family) for which I paid $40.00. These results did not contain any information that I had not already provided this company.

Their web site states that it provides current and previous addresses in the report I paid for, but they only provided the TEN YEAR OLD address I gave them to help narrow down the search. They did not even turn up the more recent one that I had found myself! It did, however, offer to do a "better" search for more money.

Repeated e-mails to customer service & public relations received no response.
