Charging for search info you get free online. Thought was unique information but not. Refused to refund

I bought what was supposed to be a background search of someone who had abused my vital information. I went online and bought a search from peoplefinders on 3/26/10 for $49.90 which is kind of high. I thought I could find information I needed to track down the person. None of the information was helpful just old information that was not current. All the addresses and phone numbers were old even tried a social security search and they wanted to charge another $39.90 It was just information anyone could get online on google. I was very frustrated and called them 3/29/10 for a refund and they said they don't give refunds which I find very odd.
