Sells outdated websites, gives no customer service, ilegaly takes extra payments ripoff internet

Sells out dated websites. Offers quick customer service, which turns out to be slow to nonexistant. Refuses to give refunds. Refuses to fix problems. Says you have to pay for upgrades (that were promised free when initial purchase was made). Takes extra payments and refuses to refund. Refuses to help transfer sites to other hosting, even when it clearly states in original purchase that you can, and with his help change hosting at any time.
It is my opinion that this person is in this business to sell infrior products to people who have absolutly no recourse
