Ultrawebsitehosting.com UltraWebsiteHosting refuses to return my files and databases

UltraWebsiteHosting.com refuses to return me my website files. They blocked my websites 'supposedly' because the files of my sites were to large, even though my hosting account is unlimited and I still have a couple of months left of hosting yearly agreement.

Every time I request my files they avoid the question and reply "recommend the semi-dedicated plan here which we can transfer your account to: http://www.ultrawebsitehosting.com/hosting-dedicated.php".

I have in many ways requested from them the files and asked for a phone number to get a hold of them. But with no success all I get is the same message suggesting or recommending to pay for a higher plan in which I'm not interested because I want to move my hosting services to another company.

They are holding my files and databases against my will. I still have hosting services time paid for but their support has been so bad that I prefer to move them to another service provider. Their business support is nothing like what their advertise, and right now I cannot even access the service that I paid for or get the files that belong to me.
