Paid in Advance, Now No Videos Provided... Going To Court For Property

Pat Jones still refuses to give me my videos!!! I paid ~$3,000 for 3 videos and 3 websites with Pat Jones and Allaboutnow. I had to quit using his hosting service due to the lack of professionalism. At this point he decided to keep my videos and send me hard copies of the 2 websites he did complete... 2 months later.By that time I paid to have one of the websites built by another person...

I requested multiple times for the videos I paid for to no avail. Now after much time and frustration, I am suing Allaboutnow and Pat Jones for my property. Some of the "work" done by Pat is on his website you can see the problems with the work, and the simplicity of the service. No videos however? This company does not stand for the dignity, integrity, and especially honesty they claim to be founded on, in my opinion.
