Ripoff Could not Complete My Order but still charged me online. Impossible to get anyone to discuss this. I want my damn money back!

On the Liberty Wireless website I decided to try and get a phone and a plan. I entered my account information and then went to the next step. It told me that my order could not completed at this time.

I left the site. I then found out that over 70 dollars was taken out of my bank account from Liberty Wireless. I was never given an order # cause i never had an order. Yet they still decided to conveniently take my money for some unknown reason?

I called customer service. You get a recording to enter your order number or home phone. Since i never had on order this was useless. I called sales. They told me to call customer service back from 9 am to 5 pm. I've done that for three days now. They say someone live is there from those times. I've yet to hear from anyone. I called sales again. They said to call back and after I press 1 press 0 to get the operator or live person. I did that. Nope. Says I didn't enter enough digits.

I called back again. This time they told me to press 2 then press 0 when it asks for my home phone. I did that. Nope same thing. You didn't enter enough digits. I called sales back again to ask them where Liberty Wireless was and ohh. This isn't Liberty Wireless I work for imphonics. You need to call the same number back i've been calling!

So I ask them where Liberty Wireless was located at. They say they have no idea. But they take their orders? They said that is correct. I'm wondering. Does anyone have a direct phone number to someone that actually answers a phone hear!

For the past three days I spent hours trying to get a hold of these people. Or better yet does anyone know their main address of the company. Cause I'm willing to fly to wherever the hell they are out and ask them what the problem is!
