Jewler Won't Return Ring, says he lost it!

Joe marasco of Whithall Jewlers in Monmouth Mall was given a gold ring with a name spelled out in diamonds to be sized, that my friends, was may it is now January and the ring has NOT been sized or returned. The ring was given to my friend by her now deceased father, it cost him over $800.00 but the sentimental value to her is much greater.

This worm says that he moved his residence and put the ring into a box which he then stated was put into his basement. Why would you even do that? Upon repeated requests for the rings return he has advised us that he just doesn't have the time to look through all of the boxes to find it. Is this a load of crap or what?!

How do you put a customers ring in a box in your basement and loose it? I do not believe that is true, the worm either sold it, lost it elsewhere or it was stolen. We have tried to recoup that value of the ring since he "doesn't have time to look through his boxes" and that hasn't worked either. Today we got a lawyer and are taking him to court. What an a*hole!!! Do not bring your jewlery to joe marasco... You won't get it back!
