RETRIEVER &LEASE FINANCE manuiplated, harrassed, lied, was very rude, Joe Hoffman, Jack with SIOUX FALLS

I was contacted by a man named Joe Hoffman, an employee with Retriever about a credit card machine. I Told him that I was a small beauty shop & tanning salon and that my Dad had cancer and that I may not be working much because if need be I would be out with him. He said not worry try it for a couple months and if it did not work he would have it picked up. This was in june 06.

In the early month of July 06 I contacted Retriever to pick up the machine to find out about the lease finance co. I also got a statement from both companies.

I spoke with Susie at Retriever a number of times. She was always alone in the office. Her boss Jack was never in office they lied about everything. Finally got to speak with Jack and he was so rude, yelling and hanging up phone on me.

After speaking with Susie and Joe many times Susie finally said Jack was no longer with co. Because of loss of accounts.

I began to get calls from Lease finance co. The people was or is still very rude and mean. They call constantly and say they will continue to call. Gotten mean and uncalled for letters.

I have contacted a lawyer. People or company do not have the right to talk or treat me this way. I treat people like I want to be treated and I expect the same.

Everyone needs to contact the Federal Trade Commission. The information given them is recorded in their complaint retention system. The system enables them to identify questionable business practices that are generating numerous complaints and that may be in violation of the law. The commission does not resolve individual complaints but can act when it sees a pattern of possible violations.
