Avoid at all costs, ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

We purchased 2 Surefire Compound Bows on Dec. 7th on line and was told in BOLD letters that they would arrive before Christmas. A box did arrive before Christmas but, my bad I did not open it to verify that 2 Bows were in it.

Dec. 23 I opened the box to find that only 1 Bow was there. I immediately called Kimberly Latimer out of N.Y. Whos name and number appeared on the outside of the box, I was assured by her that another Bow would be sent out Dec. 26 and that since my son didnt have his Bow to open for Christmas she would also enclose a Rocket Launcher and 2 Squealing Monkeys for my children because of the mix-up.

A week later I called her back and she couldnt explain why the Bow had not been shipped yet but she did confirm that it had not. Almost another week later the box appeared with 1 Bow in it but nothing else she had promised for our time and inconvenience. On top of that the BOW WAS BROKEN. I called her back and told her and she then told me that I would have to ship the bow back to her at my expense and pay a 15% restocking fee before they would replace it.

These were not cheap Bows. I paid $25.00 Tax for EACH Bow. I then got my bank statement and the money was taken out of my account from a PAIN RELIEF CO. Out of N, Y. Not Toys for Little Boys. I am now stuck with a BROKEN BOW and my son cant play with it. AVOID-This fly by night operation at all costs! You will be disappointed!!!
