Nala Grace Bows
Never got my bows

I placed my order with Nala Grace for a couple of headbands and bows for my daughter, on March 11. I knew it could take up to 5 days for her to make them, because that is what is stated on her website.
On March 24, I emailed her and simply asked her where my bows were. I've already paid her for them (through Pay Pal), and I didn't receive them.
She emailed me back, and said that she has been really busy because of Easter, and that she would have them mailed out by March 31, and I would receive my bows before Easter.
It is now Saturday, the day before Easter, and I still have no bows. 3 weeks later. I emailed her again, and I have yet to hear back from her.
