RIPOFF took my money but did not supply the goods

I bought a psp for my grandson from mydv.co.uk on the 15 November, I am a grandparent with care of two grandsons and had been saving all year to get them a psp for christmas so when I found one cheaper than the shops I thought great I can get them an extra game.

I waited a week and never heard anything I checked the bank ans saw that they had taken more than the amount that they should have, so I rang them on the number on the invoice it took me hours to get through and when I did they assured me it was on its way. So I waited until the 1st of December and rung again they insisted that I would receive it for Christmas, the lady I spoke to said she could understand how anxious I was because she herself had a sister who was young and was looking forward to Christmas and she would be upset if she didnt get what she she wanted. I explained that as a grandparent I couldnt afford to pay twice if I didn't receive the psp for the boys that their Christmas would be ruined I was assured I would receive the psp.

A few days before christmas I rang again but couldn't get through and I have been trying ever since but I only get the message the mailbox is full and then it cuts off. These people have caused misery to a lot of children this Christmas. I don't know how they sleep at night. I don't know how to go about getting my money back. My bank is looking into it but people must be warned about this company and the heartache they have caused to children all over the place. All I wanted was to give two boys a nice christmas after all the misery they have had to put up with in their young lives and I get conned by these people. I hope they rot in h*l for what they have done.
