Takes Payments Without Authorization, rip off

I have an account with this store and ordered brand new furniture in September which would have to be ordered so instead of sitting or sleeping on the floor i rented a living room set and a bed room set from this store.

Well here it is in the middle of January and with a lot of sweat i have the same living room set and a 1/2 of my new bedroom set that i am paying full price for i keep calling the store and get the run around that it's on express order since November.

Tuesday the 16th of January my wife received a phone call from RAC to get a payment my wife missed the call due to she drives a School Bus well leased to say the punched my debit card number in and took out 2 payments without authorization so for 6 days now i hve been trying to get $674.00 out of them for bounce check fees all because the used my card without authorization.

My bank tryed doing a 3 way call with them yesterday and refused to take my call they hung up on me and the manager of my bank. Then to come to find out Nancy Glass the Store Manager tryed to get information on my Bank account without my permission on Saturday. Running out of options to get my money back and getting no answers from RAC
