This Complaint is about Wal-Mart!
Yester Day I went shopping at Wal-Mart I get my items and make my way to the check out stand, the lady starts to scan my items and she is doing a pretty good job. But she forgot to give me one of my bags with my stuff in it that I Paid for, I noticed this after I got home and got all the bags inside and unpacked and put up my grocery's up. So I noticed my dish soap scrub pads was not in any of the bags, so I take my receipt back to the wal-mart and talked to a person at the customer service desk. Okay I get the damn run around, I explained the situation saying I did not get the bag with my two items in it then he pops off how do I know your not TRYING to get free items? I said ask my wife she was with me and she did not see them either. So we go over to the check out stand and the same girl was working I asked her if she noticed she forgot to give me the bag with my dish soap and scrub pads? She says no I did not see any dish soap or scrub pads with your items. I was like what? They are on my receipt and I was charged for theses two items how can you say that? Then the manager accuses me of trying to scam Wal-Mart for Merchandise I said NO! I did not have the bag or the two items he says well I cant help you. I said thank you very much I guess I have to pay for the items twice because your STUPID employee did not pay attention to her job or when she was placing the items in the bags And she probly seen she Did not give me the bag so she placed the items aside for her returns at the end of her shift. Leave it to Wal-Mart to give a customer the Shaft on something he had paid for what a way to rip off the public.

It's a shame to see this I been shopping at this Wal-Mart for over 5 years, and when I do have a problem they will not honor the complaint and just blow me off like I was trying to steal from them. All I wanted was my dish soap 2.97$ and my scrub pads 1.87$ I know that's not much but the point is why should I pay for the items twice?

If it happened to them an employee I bet they are taken care of with no Questions asked!!!

(SIDE NOTE)
We had 2 inches of sleet and ice fall and i drove back to Wal-Mart in this bad weather and road conditions because of there mistake.
