RE: AAA Van Lines,

The following is a list of the items for which I would like a refund:

MISSING:
1 head board (item # 53)
1 white fan (item # 43)

7 crushed boxes-contents damaged: 8 picture frames, coffee maker, 3 lamp shades

2 large dressers were scratched, gouged and marred

1 antique mirror was broken, the glass is marred beyond repair, the wood was cracked and the mirror is falling off

1 standing mirror had the leg broken off

1 bedside table leg was broken

2 box springs arrived wet & ripped— they could mold and cause health concerns

2 full size mattresses were wet and dirtythey could mold and cause health concerns

The following FABRIC items arrived filthy due to not enough blanket cover/shrink wrap ripping:

Huge couch,
huge chair,
huge ottoman,
regular sized chair
regular sized ottoman

I will had to hire an upholstery cleaning company do clean the above fabric furniture pieces.

In addition, the movers that you sub-contracted without my knowledge or permission with were belligerent, difficult to work with, and unwilling to reassemble the furniture until I found a gentleman who could speak Hebrew to talk to their boss. Meahwhile, you refused to acknowledge that they were relatives. They said they were subcontractors. You said they were not subcontractors.

Due to all of these errors, mistakes, broken, ruined or lost items, I requested a substantial refund.

They came forward with $300 after months of time & work on my part. That still wasn't enough.
