Recently we moved from Indianapolis IN to Fort Mill, SC On the trip where the movers picked up our items I was told that they would be there between 7-10 AM at 11:00 they arrived no one ever communicated that they would be late.

I had been told that they would pack our electronics and drum set due to the fragile nature of these items. The crew was unaware of this and we ended up having to go back and forth on this. Their version of packing was throwing it all in a box with little to no protection.

At approximately 8:00 PM they were finishing however they were fearful that they would not be able to fit everything on the truck which I expressed concern for in the beginning. I was assured they were professional and knew how to pack the truck so that everything would fit.

They did not have room for mattresses and had to use the outside lift to transport the mattresses. The lift was not working so they had to call a repair truck to come out.By the time the truck was repaired it was around 10:00PM this was time I needed to be doing something else instead of waiting for them to be done (not knowing if my mattress was going to fit).

From the beginning I was told that I needed to give a 2 day notice to when I wanted my things delivered. When I called to give that notice I was told that it would be 7-10 days. After speaking to Customer Service they said 48 hours from the date I gave which was July 1st 2006. I was told that they would call me to let me know when they would arrive. My name was the only name on the account. B/c of a divorce situation they knew to not discuss this with my husband.

Around 10:00 on July 6th my husband called to tell me that the movers were on their way and that they were stopping at his house first arriving by 10:00AM. No one ever bothered to call me and let me know and legally no one had the right to make decisions with my husband who did not pay for the move nor was he on the contract.

When I called Sasha as soon as they opened around 8:00AM I believe I spoke with one of the owners of Sasha he told me that the movers were already almost there and that it would be very hard for them to change route. They did change route and arrived at my house around 5:00PM and promised to be there by 10:00AM obviously this threw a huge wrench into my day. They did not finish until around midnight therefore they did not arrive at my husbands house until after 1:00 AM (we paid extra for them making an extra stop).

I ended up having to take another day off at my brand new job. Also the only items put back together at my home were 2 beds nothing was put back together at my husbands house. We should definitely be compensated for the differences in time. Upon unpacking there were an awful lot of damages. Any complaints we had Sasha only told us to file a claim. We were also missing several large items that I believe were missing b/c of the space constraints. The items that were missing include 2 vacuum cleaners and a box of china.
