Chardged for replacement. Updating there equipment there responcable to keep up

I was having phone line problems 2 weekends in a row... So i called repair each time... Both time it corrected itself before anyone came

They called said they were sending tec to look at lines... He came updated the metal box on the outside... Witch is there responeabilaty to do so

... The repair man never entered my huse... As if he did i would be responeable for inside lines...

Then they sent me a bill 4 85.00 for him to change and update the equipment there responceable for... Has worked fine scine... I got screwed
