Stress-Free Moving & Storage
Oken items and never replaced from moving company

We have tried to work things out with the owner to replace our two valuable chairs that were broken by Sress Free Moving & Storage, Inc during our move. We have contacted him several times about this issue. At first he was not taking our calls and/or e-mail. After we sent the third Final Notice Letter to him by Fed-X tracking number 8586 8763 7970 he started to answer our calls. We talked about the issue and he said that he would pay for the two chairs. When we asked him to write us an e-mail, letter, and/or fax saying that he would pay for the chairs, he never sent us anything. He is always talking about not having money and that he can't pay for our chairs at this time. We have several documents supporting this issue; they are as follows:

Copies of e-mails sent to Mr. Lampropoulos.
Copy of Certified mail receipt (sent on Oct, 17) which Mr. Lampropoulos never picked up from the post office.

Copy of Household Goods Descriptive Inventory completed by Mr. Lampropoulos employees which lists the condition of our items moved.

Copy of pictures and movie of damaged items sent to Mr. Lampropoulos.

Copy of Fed-X receipt tracking number 8586 8763 7970, sent on Oct. 31.

Copy of dispute letter sent to credit card company, Citi Credit Card.

Copy of B.B.B._ file number 11031823
