Moving ripoff furniture half stolen and rest fully damaged dishonest ripoff in cost moved furniture from truck to truck frozen humid caused damage the worst service sent only one drive

The deal on the phone was $1,365.00 cost of moving all my furniture from Massachusetts to Texas. This cost was based on the list of the items I gave them on the phone. When they came, they advised me not to take the living room, the computer desk, dressers, dinning chairs, entertainment center, night stands etc... They said it will be broken and cost more. I left all these items behind. Still they charged me $2,730.00. I called the manager to complain, he said he can't do anything. I couldn't change the company at this time cause I had to fly the next day. I had no other choice, then they wanted half of the amount cash. I paid.in Texas first of all the delivery was delayed 3 days, second of all the driver showed at 6:00 P.M.By himself, he asked if I can find someone to help him.

I called 2 people from the neighborhood after I promised to pay them. He refused to unload before I paid him the balance (again) cash. I was shocked to see the numerous damage in almost every item been received. The furniture was transferred negligently and reklessly from one truck to another. Furniture was wet and frozen due to the humid in the truck. The driver (Saar Ianco) was my witness, to the items that did not work such as the fridge, Tvs, Microwave, Computer, Piano etc... I also have 4 people as witnesses. The rest of the furniture were missing. I called the manager (Mike) he promised to look in the warehouse and asked me to send him a letter with the damaged and missing items. I did on 1/29/07 before I loose my right after 60 days. The letter was certified.

I told them that I am looking for their response within two weeks or I will file a complain with the court. I have received the confirmation of receipt to my letter last week but I haven't received their response yet. The Estimate Cost of the damaged items is $7,334.00 and $9,910.00 for the missing items. Also I had to pay for the persons who helped the driver. I felt I was ripped off. I had to pay almost $3,000.00 to throw my furniture. Please note that I have copies of everything their paperwork with the descriptive inventory, pictures of the damaged items. Witnesses signatures. Please tell me what should I do? Thank you.
