Misrepresented product, lied to me, lied to Citibank to avoid claim, refused return, accused me of ordering product to use it and return it. Ripoff

I ordered table covers on for my trade show booth. When I placed the order (by phone) Mr. Schlapik told me the fabric was poly satin. I told him since polysatin was shiny I couldn't use them and he insisted that the fabric was NOT shiny. This went back and forth for a few minutes, my saying polysatin had too much sheen and him insisting I need not worry, these covers were not shiny. He aggressively talked me into buying them, insisting I need not worry.

He asked me when I needed them and I said any time in the next couple of months I would not be using them until January. Shortly thereafter my father died suddenly and I had to fly to the East Coast. The package came while I was gone. When I got back from the east coast after the death of my father and unpacked them, found they were indeed shiny,

When I called about returning them (10 days after they arrived) Mr. Schlapik accused me of trying to scam him to use the covers and then return used merchandise. I assured him they were unopened and reminded him that I told him I was ordering them for a trade show in January and he didn't believe me. He said I could not return them and pointed out that my invoice said I had 5 Days to make a claim I pointed out that In most retail businesses the word claim' refers to a damage claim and that there was no wording about returns on my receipt. He was rude and accusatory and totally unwilling to work with me, even knowing I could not have returned them sooner due to a death in the family.

I made a claim through my credit card company. My claim was refused. Mr Schlapik wrote a scathing letter (I have a copy of it) and accused me of telling an outright mistruth' and has changed the story entirely. He now puts the blame on me by saying I should have known the fabric was shiny because polysatin is shiny by definition. I'm out over $200.
