Metro pcs will lie to you

I am 16 years old and I just got grounded because my metro pcs brick refused phone calls from my father, cousin, and any other living person who tried to contact me for four hours straight. You may have heard negative reviews but this is a true horror story. If you go to their stores they will lie to your face. They will not tell you they have defective phones. They will not tell you that their phones will shut themselves off and/or not take calls. They will not tell you that at any moment your phone may lose the ability to take a charge from your android or USB cable. My brother and I have both experienced this injustice will BOTH of our phones. I had to by a new phone because of it and not even a year in and the same shit starts up again. I have lost all privileges for 2 months of my life because they lied in my face and told me a shiny brick a shiny brick was a phone. Fuck you metro I'm taking my business to T-mobile. Have you ever truly wondered how they can offer such low prices? It's because their shit doesn't work. I'm actually relieved that my dad punished me by taking that abomination away from me for two months. This is my second phone from metro pcs and if God loves me it will be my last. Is there a law against what they are doing, its not called a metro piece of shit for nothing. These lying bastards cost me two months of my life, and I didn't even do anything. But this isn't about me, I am here to warn you of the EVIL that is metro pcs. Oh I almost forgot... Even the batteries. I have never this before... Batteries that inflate, swell, and just make your useless phone even less usable. Really fully charged a battery in this state may last for 20 min. If you are lucky and is also susceptible to shut down randomly. My phone dropped calls like a drunk wide receiver with passes. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies
