A & E Factory Service
Does not show up for appointments

I had no choice but to use A & E Factory Service. I have a new home warranty and A & E is the company I was allowed to use under this warranty.

I had an appointment for Saturday, 12/30/06 from 8am - 5pm. On Friday night, the night before the appointment, I received a confirmation call from a local call center at 8:52pm for the next-day appointment. I spoke to the man, ID DO062S, out of Brookpark, OH, and confirmed.

Saturday came, no one came to the house, no one called to cancel the appointment. When I called at 4:30pm they told me they were over-booked and my appointment had been cancelled the night before. Not true. It had been confirmed.

Carrie, ID 657751, a manager of the Round Rock, TX Call Center assured me she would call me back today, 1/2/07, by 9:30am her time, she did not.

Do not use this company, I have read neggative thing upon negative thing about them online and my experience is not uncommon.
