Larry Degroat, Realty Professionals rejected house sale offer without our permission costing us sale of $153000 home

Besides the lost sale of our former residence this realator also misrepresented a nonlicensed contractor whom had already been fined by Arkansas Contractors Board for building our new home.

Realator rejected a 100 percent buyer for our former home but decided to reject it himself over gread of the commission sharing with another realator.

Realator sold us a new home prior to the above screwup whom now the builder will not come back and properly fix things like garage floods, patio drains toward french doors instead of to yard, windows sweat like a seive do to improper installation, water line found 1 inche below slab (his plumber says it does not freeze in Arkansas), soffit and fachue not installed properly and many more things that it will now cost between $30000 to $35000 to fix house properly.

This realator also sits on the Arkansas Fair Housing Board—doesnt he sound like hes fair?
