I had a loan with Litton Loan Servicing and my home was auctioned on 4/8/04. I understand the bank bought it back for 56,000. When I last had it appraised it was $100,000.

I am disabled and on a fixed income. I have attempted to contact them throughout this process and they would not return my calls. Then the day before the sale date a lady called from Litton and asked me what I planned to do. I asked if they would work with me and she hung up on me.

Now a realator stopped by and told me if I was out by the 27th of April they would give me $300.00. Several of my friends have atttempted to contact Litton to get a sale price because they were willing to purchase my home and rent it to me. Me friends also contacted the realator and she would not give them a selling price. Is it possible to buy this home before it goes on the market?
