T-mobil PRE PAID Celluar not what it seems minute rip-off change of services w/0 warnning

Pre paid rip off! I purchased a T mobil phone back in 8 for emergencys the service sounded better than trac phone & others & was only 10 cents per min so I said this would be ok.

So I researched the phone service you ever see how hard they make it too find out the DETAILED INFO' So T mobil seemed to be straight shoooters on the pre-paid service:
Minutes rolled over OK.

You where billed from the time the number is dialed
till you hang up OK

You are charged 10 cents per sent text OK (won't use)
All incomming TEXTS ARE FREE OK (thats cool)
So I bought nokia 6010 T-M for the car in case of emergenceys

I purchase $10 refills thats 10 mins of time yea good enough! This phone was going to stay in vechicle for emergencys & paging. I figured thats $10 a month in case of emergencys Insurance' That is all I intended but in the last 2 months I have been getting ripped off even the local T-mobil store could'nt give me an answer it seems un-anounced changes in the prepaid system basically now when you purchase a $10 refill card or coupon you only get 30 minutes and if someone sends a text to you you loose 5 cents per message recived (you can't deleate the message on phone without veiwing it so you loose unknown texters has killed some of my mins?) also you can't get a hold of a HUMAN @ T mobil put on hold for almost an hour!

My freind bought one of these phones very recently without indications on package of the changes T-Mobil has made there service poor and fasle advertisement of there prepaid service DETAILS that are being provided in/outside package paper work SO BUYER BEWARE' Now I get 30 mins per $10 purchase it ain't worth it shame it only costs about $5 overseas to produce a cell phone everyone has one and seems everyone want one
and you pay $50-to-$120 to buy one and this happens I've been ripped off buy unknown changes Buyer beware!
