Ripoff fraudulent billing Gainesville nationwide

We got T-Mobil service so that all our employees could contact us while out in the field without incuring any air time charges. I have a plan that says on the bill " 3000 free anytime minutes". But after only 1500 anytime minutes they charge me $. 35 per minute. Each month I am charged about $525 more than I should be. T-M0bil will not fix it. I will be taking them to small clains court after the hollidays and suing them for the $4000 dollars im over charges and ask for lots of punitive damages.
