Echostar Communications ripoff Falsely charging for channels

Hi!
Beware of this rip-off

I've been a subriber for quite a long time and now I have come to realize that after all these years I have been charged for over 20 channels that are being blacked out in my area and to which I am intitled to, I called to see if there was a resolve but all I got was an offer to change my subscription for a latino package that would include it. My argument with them is what difference is there from my subscription to a latino package subscription, am I supposed to pay more for something I am already paying. They are supposed to be included in the top120 channels that I'm subbed to.
