Disappointing service! - delivery of items ordered from website

I placed an order online on 12/8/08 for 3 items for Christmas. After approx. 1-1/2 weeks I called customer service to ask about possible ship dates. I was informed that they were "swamped" with orders but that shipping had assured them that all order would ship to arrive by Christmas. Approx 5 days later I called again. Same answer. I finally received 1 item late Christmas eve, 1 item the day AFTER Christmas & to date, STILL have not received the 3rd item. POOR customer service.
