Still waiting for delivery of purchased furniture

Recently moved to Arizona from the Midwest and needed to purchase a new entertainment center for our new home. Went to the Scottsdale RoomStore and found just what we were looking for. The salesperson, (Linda), said it was a new line and would have to be ordered. We placed a dowm payment to secure the order and were told the pieces should be in by November 31st.
We then decided to purchase two additional pieces of the set and went back to the store to make the purchase. We were again told that they should arrive by the 31st of November.

On or about the last week of October we were told that three pieces of the entertainment center were in and they would be delivered without any additional delivery cost for the remaining pieces when they arrived. Not a problem. Tne three pieces were delivered as promised. We were told the remaining pieces would arrive shortly.

After many follow up calls by myself and my wife, we have been told that the additional pieces should arrive by 12/3/06,12/10/06, and now 01/21, and 02/15? What's the deal? Is there really anyone who cares about their customers at the RoomStore? Every time I call I get the same response, Oh its behind schedule, let me check and I will call you right back!!!

Never get a return call!!!
