Always, always, insure everything Ripoff

I recently worked for Fedex in Morton, Il. As temporary xmas help. I am a seller on ebay and after working there for only 3 weeks, it put a really bad tasted in my mouth. Sorters taking boxes that are really heavy, eihter lobbing them through the air or stacking them ontop of smaller lighter boxes. Several times while working there, id say something to the sorters and they just blew me off. There is no pride in the workplace. I mean boxes that were clearly marked fragile, were ignored and thrown around like pillows. I quit because I couldnt take watching the way business takes place behind the scences. I even mentioned it to the managers, and I received no response. Now i realize u have to move things quickly on a conveyor belt, but comeon, lobbing big heavy fragile labled boxes 4 feet off the ground to the steel conveyor belt and the floor. I seen several boxes crushed also. But who am I, the guy who put u on the web, thats who. Its kinda funny when i think about it, i remember when they hired me, they said it might be a bad thing since i sell on ebay. Now I definently see why. I suggest hand deliver yourself.inSURE, INSURE, INSURE... By the way, they do stack the boxes nicely on palets for the drivers, unlike DHL, the drivers sort their own packages and throw them in the middle of the floor in one big pile behind their trucks.in conclusion, if u receive something damaged, it was definently caused by the shipping company...
