Sell electronic produces that do not last more than one year and do not back there produces they sell ripoff

A year ago me and my wife purches a coo coo clock from them and know just a year later the clock part of it and the electronic coo coo unite and the little turn table that has a hunter and a bear on it that goes around stopped working.

So i took it down and put new duracell ultra batteries in it and it still would not work so i then took those batteries out and but energizer batteries in it and it still would not work. A clock should last for more than a year but this one did not. So i then called there customer services dept. To ask if there was any typ of warranty on it and or if they had a place that i could sent it to get it repair or replaced. The guy that i got on the phone told me that there where no more in stock and that they did not have parts for it.

So i then asked the gentalmen for the manufacture of the clock and he told me that he could not give me this information as it was protected information. Ithen asked to talk to his supervisore and he told me that i could not as there police is that you have to direct your complaint to the rep. That you get on the phone. So i then asked him if and when where they going to get parts for this clock or if they where going to maybe be getting them back in stock again and he told me to just keep looking in there catolog for it and if i seen it again in the catolog to then call them and they mit be able to help me out with the problem of the died coo coo clock.

I hope that the rest of there produces are better or last longer than this clock did as there clocks are junk.
