Advertised sale products that were never available for sale

Ulta advertised after Thanksgiving sales items that were NEVER available. After several phone calls to their customer service line the employees continued to try to dance around the fact that the company had misprinted their advertisements and refused to honor.

On my fourth phone call I spoke with a CSR, Peggy, who finally after 40 minutes on the phone agreed to put the order through at the price advertised. She gave me an order number and took my phone payment.

Nearly two weeks later, I am still waiting for the shipment. I called the 866 number tonight and was informed they CANCELLED my order. Nice trick! Of course, I was not informed of this cancellation. I have spent hours of frustration attemtpting to get this company to honor what they advertised. Ulta has a bad reputation on a shopping board I frequent and now I know why! STAY AWAY!!!
