Aka Dotventures Get nothing, don't answer phone, never answer email and get different answers to same question each contact

This is my second complaint regarding this company. I believe they are just messing me around with my payed for. My last blog or complaint has not improved since this one. They are impossible to get on the phone, Never return calls, have never had a customer service email returned. My project is stuck near completion and is being held up due to the fact that they refuse to transfer ownership of my domain name to me. Without transfer I can not complete project. It has been 5 going on 6 weeks, and so far, all the work that has been done has been completed by me. They do not help or cooperate in any way to attempt to assist. I was promised by customer service that my site would be ready before thanksgiving and is no closer to completion than it was a month ago. I am being ignored, their excuse is that they are very busy, and I feel that is not my problem, greed seems to have taken over the promise of fast service and good support. I am disabled and this whole venture is nothing but a bunch of bull and is causing physical and mental problems for me. Do not associate yourself with this company, they have an affiliate co called dotventures, which is in the business of buying and selling domain names to "investors" Perhaps that is why my domain name is being held.
