This man should be in jail for robbery

I contracted John Arceri to do cement work in my backyard on June 24. I have since paid John $2700.00 of the $3700.00 total price. I have received no work other than busting up SOME of the existing cement on October 18 after numerous amounts of phone calls to his place of business and cell phone.

The last time I heard from this company was on November 2 assuring me that the work would be completed in 2 days. When I have since tried to contact him I receive no answer. I was told by a carting company that John has gone out of business also owing them $9,000.00.

I have since contacted channel 7 on your side, but they said they can take no action if they cannot contact him. I really would like to get this matter resolved as I am unemployed at this time and last I checked money doesn't grow on trees.
