This man should be in prison for fraud

What this man is doing is criminal, literally. My sister in law hired him to do renovation work in her house about 2 years ago. After 2 years and about $100k later he called her in November to tell her he is out of buisness, he then called her and told her that he was now working for another company (I think to try to get her to pay him more money, the number he gave her that was 516-903-6840). My sister in law is a decent hard working person who cares for her paralized mother and her uncle who has althimers.

She currently has no kitchen (sink stove refrigerator cabinets ect), no front steps, no side door, no wheelchair lift outside.

This man deserves to in in prison.

If you ever have a contractor or salesman show up in a white Dodge Durango and goes by the name John Arceri, RUN And RUN FAST!!!
