Rude miserable woman answers phone complete disrespect miserable lady Ripoff

When I called Alcy AA Express Trucking Inc. For a simple price quote and for the answers to some questions I had, I was spoken to as if I was a complete and total idiot. I honestly don't know who put this woman in charge of answering the phones, but they should be canned right along with this miserable jerk.

Even upon answering the phone, before I had a chance to say anything at all, this woman sounded like the last thing she wanted to be doing was working. She was already annoyed and evil. As I cheerily asked her a question which WOULD HAVE possibly led to a business arrangement, I was met with utter rudeness and disrespect. She said "You can't just call my business and start demanding answers... Who is this". I admit I was totally shocked - understandibly - I wasn't ready to fire a quick response back at her - so I paused... This is when she started in on shouting HELLO into the mouthpiece and that led to me asking her "Do you talk to all your prospective clients like this?" She replied by again demanding I tell her who I was and informing me that I was the rude one - I mean how dare I call and ask a question! The nerve!
In short, customer service is unfortunately overlooked and underappreciated nowadays - I know this - but that doesn't mean it can be completely forgotten. I need everyone to know that obviously this company isn't too concerned with customer happiness... And it all began with one simple phone call.
