Ripoff customer stinks just a bunch of idiots working for a man who's never there!

This report is not about the programs or even the refunds because the actual programs can make you a lot of money depending on which programs you invest in and who you advertise to. As for the refunds you have to ask before you invest about how the precedure works. Just like most home-based programs. My problem with more is customer service, these people have a nerve to call themselves professionals but they don't even know how to spell the word! When you call them there is this woman that answers, even if you dial a ext.# you always get this lady she's the socalled opererator, you ask for the Vice President Jeff M. And she tranfers you to his office; now here is where the problem starts, either he's on vacation in "Saint Tropez" with tj or he is there but he sounds like a drunken fool!

I could never seem to get a straight intelligent answer out of him he seems very unprofessional he never knows how excactly to answer questions. It's the same thing with "customer service" these idiots were hired by tj right from off the street corner these fools never seem to know what to say when you ask about how the programs that you invested in works they like, DUH I don't know. There is total silence sometimes because they don't know what to say back to you so you have to ask a question with a question like talking to a 2 year old. They also are very sluggish they hold you up because they did that with me. Someone by the name of Sharon tried to charge my card the wrong way and never got back to me so i can accept credit orders on my site i had to threaten to get a response.

The accountant isn't real either it's some fool that's related to tj with NO education at all, otherwise i've would have gotten a more swift reponse at first. As for tj what can i say about this guy except, HE'S LOUD! He's also only visible during seminars and that seems to be the only time you get to see and speak to him he always seems to know when you have not invested in his programs but yet he doesn't know if you have a complaint about his idiot staff. As for the programs, like i said before, it's depending on how you advertise and who you advertise to, you do get what you pay for and if you target the right audencies (affluent) then you can make money, all i suggest is try to work the programs without dealing with customer service as i have. As for tj and jeff you really don't need to communciate with them either just work the system to your benifit and sike them chumps out!
