Ripoff Rude Unfriendly Doesn't answer questions!

I sent this company two simple questions via email. The next day I received an email that was unfriendly and informative and did not answer my questions.

I replyed saying "ok?" because I was confused as to why they were not answering my questions and answering in a smart alec manner. They replied in a very immature manner and still did not answer my question.

I replied that I found another company to help me... They replied "great". I thought it was very unprofessional and the individual obviously lacked customer service skills. I will be sure never to even glance at their products again. Thank god I did not order anything, I can only imagine what that experience would have been like.
