Ripoff, turned off cell phone before bill was even due rip-offs

My husband and I just started using alltel service and we had a high bill on our second bill becuase I was out of town.

Our bill was due on the 25th of June but on the 18th and 19th they called us to see if we planned on paying the bill and we told them yes... On the 20th our phone was turned off.

We called them and asked them why and they told us because they didnt think we were going to pay our bill., they said we had to pay half of the bill before the bill was due so we could get it turned back on we told them no and now I am complaining to the company.
