Ripoff Taking advantage of their customers on more than one occasion

I have been with Cingular Wireless for about a year now. I can not tell you how aggrevated i am that i am locked into a contract with these people when i feel they take advantage of their customers. First and foremost i pay 200.00 average a month for a family plan. I pay my bills every month and have a good record with them. This is the FIRST month i have ever had to make a partial payment. On a 175.00 bill i paid 100.00.. Two days later they disconnect my service. I understand that it isnt Cingular's problem that i had an emergency surgery to pay for but for someone who works everyday and pays my bills like a decent human being i think it is BS to shut off my service over 75.00. Then i have called these jokers to find out if there are any fees that i have to pay in order to get it back on and OH YES there is an additional 36.00 just for them to turn it back on... These people are Crooks... I recommend any other company but cingular. HORRIBLE customer service.

I also purchased a new phone through them. They claim that there was a 50.00 rebate on it... I never received it... I called to find out where this rebate was and they told me that my phone was discontinued and the rebate was expired... They never should have offered it if it didnt exsist... And last but not least, i had my other cell phone damaged. I have insurance for both of my phones. They sent me a new "broke down " version of the phone i had... Not even the same quality a total P.O. S and they charged me 50.00. I had to send this "new"phone back because it was crap and they sent me again, this Crappy phone and charged me again 50.00... These people are crooks who dont care about their customers. Run like hell away from cingular wireless...
