Ridiculous rip off Great Falls fitzgerald

After speaking with a "so called manager" who was extremely rude and gave no customer stisfaction to myself. I decided to look up a sight for them to see how i can go about speaking with another person or filing a complaint with their office, i found this site and im so glad that i did.

This company really needs to relook their way of doing things. The same thing happened to me as far as getting the supposed "courtesy call" to see if i am satisfied with my account.in which i told them i dont read all but 2 of the 7 magazines i was getting, so i changed the other's to something i would read. It was then that they told me since i am in good standings with paying my bills on time and so forth they were gonna reduce my payments a certain percentage.

Come to find out after speaking with that person i was transferred to another, then recorded with the machine.By this time i just wanted to get off the phone, im sure everyone knows how that feels. So i just answered the questions as they wanted to hear.

Supposedly i agreed to another subscription when i wasnt even through with my first one... Which is for like 3yrs. Why in the world would i want to renew a subscription thats for 3yrs and i was barely 4 months into it? Paying for both accounts all at once? I dont think so!

This is a ridiculous scandal they are doing and should be illegal, if anyone knows what we can do to shut them down please contact me! Or if anyone would like to start a petition and get it to a lawyer asap PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! Good luck to everyone on this.
