I sent an employee in to a Verizone store to get service, he was with t Mobile. He can not read or write. They pulled his credit and found it to be bad, so they arbitrally added him to my account without talking to me. I found this out when I recieved my first bill.

After several calls to verizon and being told numerous stories, I was told to have him call in and they would set him up on his own account. After they checked his credit they then advised us they would need a $400. Per line deposit. I told them to leave it alone until we could make other arrangements. After some 90 days he elected to go back to t mobile. He cancelled with Verizon.
Now they are trying to stick me with a new two year contract as well as $175.00 per lline cancellation fee, they tell me by allowing him to stay for a period of time makes me guilty.

Sorry. But I signed nothing and authorized nothing.
It seems like these big compaqnies think they can do what ever they please, In my opion they need to be stopped!
