Ripoff - not giving sale price for fish

After waiting over 40 minutes to get fish, (the clown loaches were on sale) we got our fish and went to wait for the check out.

I did not notice until after we left that we were charged regular price for the loaches... 6.99 as opposed to 2.99 each.

I called the number to the store and it had already closed, the next day I called and was placed on hold for over 25 minutes, I hung up and called the 800 number... Same thing. Held forever and finally gave up!

If something is on sale, they need to have the staff aware of the pricing, and code numbers, to wait forever is one thing... But then to be charged 4 dollars more per fish is enraging!

I still have the reciept for this with the survey code not entered, you only have 48 hours in which to do the survey for a 2 dollar discount code... But who can afford to wait on hold for this!
