Pet fish department

The fish that you can buy as pet NEEDS to obtained to A WHOLE LOT MORE! It's disgusting every single time I walk over there and it is considered cruelty! There are so many dead fish in the tanks, I even saw a fish trying to eat a dead one. The area is always a mess and NEVER looks sanitary. I have never seen any employee over there taking care of the fish, ever. Action needs to be taken IMMEDIATELY.
