Account debited $1,000 after cancellation pending receiver return

DISH has lied to me from the very beginning of service. They have not provided what they said they would. Upon cancellation of the service they debited my checking account for $1,000.00 saying they had authorization (which they did not) to charge me until they received their receivers back in the mail.
